My medical journey began in Pakistan, where I trained as a doctor before gaining experience in a range of specialties, including orthopaedics & trauma, psychiatry, medicine. I also had the opportunity to work with the World Health Organisation for a year. I moved to the UK five year ago , first settling in Scotland before relocating to Southampton for further training. I completed my training and have been working as a Salaried GP since last year.
Looking ahead, I plan to gain expertise in frailty and geriatric medicine, Emergency Care while continuing to nurture my passion for global health.
Outside of medicine, I enjoy philosophical and theological fiction and have a deep interest in architectural history, tiny house movement. I also love the outdoors and make time for hiking every week.
