Gender: Female
Primary qualifications: BM, MRCGP, DRCOG, DFSRH
Maternity Leave: July 2023 to January 2024
I graduated from Southampton University in 2008 and did my hospital posts in Southampton and Lymington. I trained as a GP in Hamble where I took up a salaried post for a year before joining Shirley Health Partnership as a partner in 2017.
My clinical interests are Women's Health and I hold a Diploma in Family planning and insert coils and contraceptive implants. I am involved in Medical Education and teach students at various stages of the Bachelor of Medicine programme at Southampton University. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my young family, running (slowly-I have completed 3 marathons), reading a good book and travelling.
